Music Therapy

In a situation of personal distress or within family and social relationships, music therapy is a valuable complement or even an alternative to the traditional psychological path.

Music therapy is a paramedical discipline aimed at the prevention, treatment or rehabilitation. It uses sound in all its forms as a means of expression, communication, analysis and to settle social relations.
The application of a music therapy can be very useful in many situations of discomfort, both physical, psychological and emotional. It can be practiced in sessions for individuals, couples or family and is also very suitable for children and parents.
It can help all those who are in a difficult situation, as for example:
  • families in crisis, in the process of separation or divorce
  • couples expecting babies
  • people with mood disorders such as depression, anxiety and panic attacks
  • people with disabilities, people with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease
  • people with eating disorders or addictions to alcohol and drugs
  • all those who wish to pursue a personal growth path
